This is the ultimate full-day Budapest walking tour for all travellers. I can get you closer to my city’s history, architecture, culture, and much more. I’ll show you all the main sights and the hidden gems of the city that I love.
We’ll start the discovery of the city’s and the country’s history at the Heroes’ square. Then we’ll take a pleasant walk in the City Park, where I can show you its fairy tale Vajdahunyad castle and the famous Széchenyi thermal bath. We’ll walk along the Andrássy Avenue in order to have a look at the richly ornate State Opera House.
I’ll take you to the Jewish quarter where we’ll tour the Great Synagogue and the famous synagogue triangle and we’ll enjoy the unique atmosphere of the small streets and courtyards of the quarter.
I’ll show you the St. Stephen’s Basilica. You’ll also have the chance to walk to the top of the Basilica, so that you can have a stunning view over the Pest side of the city.
We’ll walk around Liberty square with beautiful Art Nouveau buildings and full of symbolism. I’ll show you and will tell you about the monumental Neo-Gothic building of the Houses of Parliament. Later we’ll take a walk along the Danube Promenade.
We’ll cross the Danube river and will continue our tour in Buda, I’ll show you around the old cobblestoned streets of the Castle District, we’ll visit the Royal Palace, the Matthias church and the Fisherman’s Bastion. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the magnificent view from the top of the Castle hill all over beautiful Budapest.
