Nous d\u00e9buterons notre\u00a0balade\u00a0dans le March\u00e9 Central Couvert pr\u00e8s du Pont de la Libert\u00e9. Le March\u00e9 de 120 ans est \u00e9videmment l’une des attractions touristiques les plus importantes, mais c’est aussi un march\u00e9 local tout populaire, qui a longtemps abrit\u00e9 le principal lieu d\u2019approvisionnement de Pest. Je vous pr\u00e9senterai les produits les plus fins et je vous raconterai des\u00a0traditions hongroises \u00e0 boire et \u00e0 manger. Nous appr\u00e9cierons \u00e9galement des saucisses, du fromage et du strudel hongrois. Vous aurez bien s\u00fbr la chance d’acheter du meilleur paprika hongrois.<\/p>\n

Je vous emmenerai dans de petites boutiques artisanales insolites, afin que vous puissiez d\u00e9guster du chocolat, des g\u00e2teaux et des bonbons locaux. Budapest est tr\u00e8s c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour ses boulangeries. Un client\u00a0m’a dit il y a longtemps qu’on ne pouvait\u00a0jamais \u00eatre d\u00e9\u00e7u lors de la d\u00e9gustation de p\u00e2tisseries locales. Je vous pr\u00e9senterai\u00a0une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de p\u00e2tisseries sucr\u00e9es et sal\u00e9es qui sont les favoris des Budapestois.<\/p>\n

Nous visiterons des charcutiers, la cuisine hongroise concerne principalement la viande. Nous d\u00e9gusterons des saucissons fra\u00eechement pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 la boucherie. Street food devient de plus en plus populaire \u00e0 Budapest aussi, je vous montrerai les meilleurs endroits connus et fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s par des locaux.
